1 General Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 7zbd platform and all associated services. When you visit the 7zbd website, create an account, or use any game or betting service, you are automatically considered to have agreed to these Terms.

7zbd reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms. We therefore recommend revisiting this page regularly.

2 Eligibility Conditions

To create an account and use the services at 7zbd, you must meet the following conditions:

• You do not reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• You are registering on your own behalf — not on behalf of anyone else.

If any user creates an account using false information, 7zbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close that account, and the associated balance may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

Only one account per user is permitted at 7zbd. If the same person creates multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and the associated funds may be seized. Information provided at registration must be accurate and complete.

4 Password & Security

Keeping your account login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at [email protected].

7zbd is not responsible for any activity carried out using your account — you yourself will be held accountable for all such actions.

5 Account Verification

7zbd may request identity verification at any time. This may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identity document. Failure to complete verification in a timely manner may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

6 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at 7zbd is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). Deposits through any other method are not accepted.

• Deposited funds must come from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits via third parties are not accepted.
• If an accidental excess deposit occurs, contact support immediately.

7 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if the following conditions are not met:

• Account verification has not been completed.
• The wagering requirements for an active bonus have not been met.
• An investigation into a suspicious transaction is ongoing.

8 Currency & Conversion

All transactions at 7zbd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). For transactions in foreign currency, the prevailing exchange rate will apply and minor discrepancies may occur, for which 7zbd is not liable.

9 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳26,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 for a total balance of ৳41,000.

Wagering Requirement:

To withdraw a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. For example, for a ৳1,200 bonus the wagering requirement is ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 — meaning you must place a total of ৳12,000 in bets before withdrawing the bonus funds. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

10 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

If 7zbd determines that a user has used artificial means to obtain bonuses — such as creating multiple accounts, placing mutually offsetting bets (arbitrage), or any other dishonest method — that account will be closed and the bonus will be considered void.

11 Other Promotions

7zbd may launch various promotional offers from time to time. Separate terms apply to each offer and will be detailed on the relevant offer page. In the event of a conflict with the general Terms, the specific terms of the promotion will take precedence.

12 General Gaming Rules

The 7zbd platform features games from internationally reputable providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, and PG Soft. All games are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair and impartial results.

• If a connection is lost during play, any bet already placed will remain valid.
• If a transaction is cancelled due to a technical error, the relevant amount will be refunded.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, 7zbd's server logs will be considered the final evidence.

13 Sports Betting Rules

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. If a match is cancelled after a bet has been accepted, the full bet amount will be refunded. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

14 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of the account:

• Playing games using any software, bot, or automation tool.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Collecting bonuses or rewards through fraudulent means.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.

15 VIP Tiers & Benefits

7zbd has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver offers up to 0.5%, and Gold offers up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Higher tiers can be reached through regular and active play. VIP benefits may change at any time at 7zbd's discretion.

16 Cashback Terms

Cashback is calculated weekly and credited to the account within the next business day. There are no additional wagering requirements on cashback — it can be withdrawn directly. However, the minimum withdrawal limit (৳800) must be met.

17 Use of Personal Information

7zbd uses the personal information you provide solely for account management, transaction verification, and customer service. Your information is not shared with third parties, except where required by legal obligation.

24 Closing Your Account

You may close your account at any time by notifying the support team. Please withdraw any outstanding balance before closing your account. 7zbd also reserves the right to close an account due to a breach of the Terms.

25 Changes to Terms

7zbd may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have consented to the new Terms.
